One engagement layer
The platform is built once. Each application changes the benefit set and the language, not the underlying engagement, membership and reporting model.
Platform Applications
Automotive retail is our initial market and our only current application. The platform underneath it was designed so additional applications are a configuration decision, not a rebuild.
Application status
The current application, deployed with dealers, groups and their technology partners.
Evaluated against a four-part fit test before an application is built.
Benefit supply, engagement, membership record and reporting carry across markets.
Applications run under the partner’s brand wherever the partner requires it.
The idea underneath every application.
Platform philosophy
The engagement model does not change from market to market. Only the benefit set and the language do.
The platform is built once. Each application changes the benefit set and the language, not the underlying engagement, membership and reporting model.
Every application we design for shares one trait: nothing of value happens until the customer shows up. The platform exists to make that arrival worth scheduling.
New applications are configured from existing platform components. That is what makes expansion a roadmap decision rather than a rebuild.
Whatever the application, the invitation, the membership and the redemption carry the partner's brand. We supply the infrastructure underneath.
Where the platform runs today.
Current deployment
This is the one application in market today. Everything below it on this page is roadmap, and is labeled as such.
A funded benefits package gives the dealership a reason to invite, the customer a reason to arrive, and both a reason to stay in contact through the ownership cycle. It works alongside the CRM, AI, BDC, F&I and service tools already in the store.
Who it is configured for today
Twelve stages, and what gets reused.
The Customer Engagement Engine™
One repeatable lifecycle. The stages are platform-level; the vocabulary changes with the application. Select a stage to see how it works.
The relationship continues. Every completed stage creates the next opportunity — the lifecycle never closes.
Demand
Platform scalability
Four shared layers carry across markets. A new application supplies its own benefits and language on top of them.
Layer
01Funded, itemized benefits sourced and administered centrally, then packaged per application.
Layer
02The invitation, the offer language and the appointment-conversion workflow used by the partner's team.
Layer
03One member record per customer, carrying activation, redemption and service activity.
Layer
04Baseline first, then reporting against that baseline, delivered to the partner for verification.
How a new category qualifies for an application.
Platform roadmap
These are not active markets, customers or operating programs. They are categories the platform is designed to serve, listed so partners can see where the roadmap points.
Nothing on this list is in market. Each category is evaluated against the same test before we build an application for it.
Selection criteria
We do not enter a category because it is large. We enter it when these four conditions are true.
Nothing meaningful happens until the customer physically shows up.
The business pays a third party repeatedly for the same customer's attention.
The margin supports delivering real value before the sale is asked for.
Lifetime value, not the first transaction, is what the operator is judged on.
Automotive retail meets all four, which is why it is first.
Partner ecosystem
Applications are deployed with partners, often under the partner's own brand. These are the partner types the platform is configured to support.
Partner types listed above describe the categories the platform supports. They are not a customer list and do not imply an existing relationship with any named company.

Products become commodities. Technology evolves. Marketing channels change. Customer expectations continue to rise.
